1:30 PM – Departure of the WWII vehicle convoy in the Manhay sector (forest and countryside).
3:30 PM – Ceremony at the monument to the 3rd Armored Division and the 75th Infantry Division in the center of Grandmenil.
6:30 PM – Dinner under the marquee in Grandmenil.
8:00 PM – Musical evening under the marquee with the “Tuppelo Boys.”
Saturday, December 13
7:00 AM – Welcome of participants at the Grandmenil site.
9:00 AM – Opening of the public fair (Grandmenil hall).
9:30 AM – Departure of the historical convoy (forest and countryside).
11:00 AM – Lunch available (sausage rolls, pasta, hamburgers, etc.).
2:00 PM – Reenactment & pyrotechnic show with reenactors and armored vehicles.
3:30 PM – Show under the marquee with the “Tuppelo Boys.”
6:30 PM – Glenn Miller show under the marquee with the “Big Band de Sourbroth.”
7:00 PM – Dinner under the marquee.
8:00 PM – Glenn Miller musical evening with the “Big Band de Sourbroth.”
9:00 PM – Musical evening with the “Tuppelo Boys.”
Sunday, December 14
7:00 AM – Welcome of participants at the Grandmenil site.
9:00 AM – Opening of the public fair and access to the Grandmenil site.
9:00 AM – Departure of the convoy or road book!
10:30 AM – Mass in Grandmenil church (used as a U.S. medical post).
12:00 PM – Lunch under the marquee.
1:00 PM – Musical performance under the marquee by the “Swing Field Unit.”
2:00 PM – Reenactment & pyrotechnic show with reenactors and armored vehicles.
3:00 PM – Musical entertainment by the “Swing Field Unit.”
4:30 PM – End of the event.
Throughout the weekend: visits to the camps, the church, and the museum.
